It was the first stone for the birth of Grupo Andilana, which consolidated its official creation in 1992 with the opening of the first restaurant in Barcelona: La Fonda.
Since then we have not stopped growing in innovation, gastronomy and design to become more than 30 restaurants and enter the hotel sector, with new lines of business that make us even bigger.
Because 60 years ago we decided to bet on a new concept of gastronomy, which adapts to new trends while maintaining the traditional flavor of Mediterranean cuisine. And today, we continue to add experience and knowledge so that Andilana continues to be one of the leading restaurant groups in the country.
