Mediterranean and market gastronomy with some flavors of the world, in which the iconic and creamy truffled croquettes shine with their own light, our cod loin gratin with soft aioli on tomato jam, the steak tartare with mustard ice cream orour unique rice dishes, … Without forgetting some of their “best sellers” such as the warm cheesecake or the pineapple braised with star anise with coconut ice cream.
