Next to the Palau de la Música, Dolça Herminia gets its name from Herminia, a mother and grandmother who lovingly cooked time-honoured recipes over a slow flame. This restaurant cooking Mediterranean cuisine, specialised in Cod dishes, retains the essence of this traditional cuisine, adding a contemporary flourish to it.
