It all started in Palamós thanks to Herminia Camós and her son who opened the Hostal Vostra Llar, a hotel and restaurant that gave straight onto the street and the passing public. It was the first step in the rise of the Andilana Group, which was officially set up in 1992, with the opening of its first restaurant in Barcelona. La Fonda.

Since then, we have been constantly growing in terms of innovation, gastronomy and design and now have more than 29 restaurants and have entered the hotel sector, with new areas of business that make us bigger still.

Because 60 years ago we decided to adopt a new gastronomy concept which adapts to new trends while retaining the traditional taste of Mediterranean cuisine. And today we continue to add to our experience and knowledge so that Andilana remains one of the country’s biggest catering groups.
