It all started in Palamós with Herminia Camós and her son, who opened Hostal Vostra Llar, a street-level hotel-restaurant close to the public.

This was the first milestone for the birth of Grupo Andilana, which consolidated its official creation in 1992 with the opening of the first restaurant in Barcelona: La Fonda.

Since then, we have not stopped growing in innovation, gastronomy, and design, reaching more than 30 restaurants and entering the hotel sector, with new business lines that make us even greater.

Because 60 years ago we decided to embrace a new concept of gastronomy, one that adapts to new trends while maintaining the traditional flavor of Mediterranean cuisine. And today, we continue to add experience and knowledge so that Andilana remains one of the leading restaurant groups in the country.
